This well-regarded small practice, in Kirkcaldy, is seeking an experienced Private Client solicitor to join its firm as Partner. In this role you will lead the work on wills, power of attorney, executries and inheritance tax mitigation. The ideal candidate will be very experienced within this area of the law (at least 7 year’s PQE). Due the location, interested candidates should have a desire to live/work within the area to continue to grow an already solid business.
