1. Identify and establish collaborations with key partners in the automotive ecosystem (car dealers, distributors, OEMs).
2. Negotiate partnership terms aligned with business growth targets and compliance requirements.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner management teams to drive sales and customer acquisition.
4. Monitor partner performance (by branch/dealer/region) and implement improvement plans.
5. Coordinate onboarding and product training for dealership staff and sales consultants.
6. Support partners with sales materials, promotional toolkits, and guidance on loan programs.
7. Provide regular performance tracking reports to management.
8. Collect partner feedback to improve partner experience and product-market fit.
