Position Overview

**Job Summary :**

+ The Red Hat Ecosystem team is seeking a Partner Sales Account Manager to accelerate AI business growth across strategic ecosystem partners in Japan.
+ In this role, you will work cross-functionally with OEMs, system integrators, NVIDIA, and internal Red Hat teams to drive AI-related business opportunities from early-stage engagement through production deployment.
+ You will help establish scalable go-to-market models, support joint solution development, and drive execution across multiple partner routes including OEM, SI, and enterprise ecosystem engagements.
+ This role is not limited to managing a single partner account. Instead, the position is expected to act as a cross-functional AI business driver across strategic ecosystem partners in Japan.
+ The role will work closely with existing Partner Account Managers, Account Executives, Partner Pre-Sales, APAC AI teams, and global ecosystem stakeholders.
