The Partner Development & Growth Director is responsible for defining and delivering flatfair’s partner growth strategy across our existing portfolio of letting agencies and Build-to-Rent customers.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll own our approach to partner growth and retention while maintaining direct responsibility for a portfolio of key strategic accounts. You’ll define how we develop and grow partnerships across the business, lead a small team supporting partner success, and work closely with Product, Operations and Leadership to ensure partners are successful and commercial opportunities are realised.

This role sits at the heart of our growth plans. You’ll combine hands‑on ownership of some of our most important relationships with responsibility for shaping the wider partner function and helping us scale from here.
