Our client, a well-established and highly respected AM Law 200 firm, is looking to add a Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Partner to their growing team. Candidates can be located in Albany NY, Buffalo NY, Rochester NY, Syracuse NY, New York City or New Haven CT.

The firm is looking for established lateral partners with debtor-side expertise and a partial or full book of business. They would also consider a group or boutique bankruptcy firm looking to join a larger, collaborative platform with significant cross-practice opportunities.

The ideal candidate(s) should have experience handling debtor and creditor side restructuring and enforcement, including Chapter 7, 11, 13 (creditor side), Sub V matters and Chapter 15 recognition proceedings.
