Position Overview
This role is a partner-facing role responsible for managing the pipeline of qualified opportunities generated by our Tele Sales team. The DAS ensures seamless handover of opportunities to partners and supports them through deal closure, maintaining a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Job Descriptions
- Own and manage qualified opportunities post-handoff from tele engine until closure.
- Ensure timely progression of deals.
- Track and report pipeline metrics including coverage, attainment, and deal status.
Partner Coordination
- Connect customer opportunities to the appropriate partners.
- Support partners with program offerings, incentives, and deal acceleration tools.
- Collaborate with Partner Sales Specialists (PSS) and other stakeholders to ensure deal momentum.
- Work out partner escalations in a proactive manner, providing guidance and engaging.
