Position Details:  
The Director of Twirling is responsible for providing leadership, instruction, and artistic direction for the Kilgore College Twirlers program.  In coordination with the Director of Bands, this position oversees choreography, rehearsals, performances, recruitment, program events, and student development, while ensuring alignment with college policies. The Director represents the College through performances, community engagement, and collaboration with campus partners.
Position Responsibilities:  

+ Support and adhere to all academic policies and procedures of the College, Division, and Department. Maintain professional conduct and a collegial working relationship with faculty and staff.

+ Develop choreography and provide instruction for all twirling performances, including marching drill, parades, competition group routines, and solo performances.
