Cyberbacker is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to support real estate transaction processes. As a Transaction Backer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination from contract execution through to closing.



Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate transactions from purchase agreement to closing.

Coordinate with title/escrow officers, lenders, inspectors, and clients.

Monitor and support mortgage, appraisal, and inspection processes.

Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted for compliance.

Organize and coordinate closing schedules and possession timelines.

Maintain accurate client records in the database system.

Communicate updates clearly and consistently with all stakeholders.
