Inspire Mum & Baby is looking for a passionate and nurturing Part-Time Swim Coach to join our all-women coaching team.

If you enjoy working with babies and young children, and believe in gentle, child-led teaching — we’d love to hear from you.

• Conduct baby, toddler, and children swim classes in a heated indoor pool
• Guide parents on water confidence, bonding, and safe handling techniques
• Deliver lessons using a gentle, non-force, child-led approach
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for both children and parents
• Support basic pool operations and class flow when required

• Confident and comfortable working with babies and young children
• Warm, patient, and able to communicate well with parents
• Reliable and responsible with a positive attitude
• Able to commit to
