Job Title: Part -Time Reception & Admin Executive

Job Description

Weekly & Monthly Admin Support

  • Prepare and follow up on rent invoices (calls, WhatsApp, email)
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on payments and bills
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and office-related documents
  • Follow up with vendors and service providers (e.g. water, cleaning, internet, fire extinguisher, printer setup)
  • Track and follow up on bill payments
  • Replenish office supplies and pantry stock

Reception & Community Support

  • Welcome visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and usage of shared spaces
