We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a team in Redmond, Washington in a contract-to-permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing payroll from start to finish across multiple entities and states while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience with union and certified payroll and enjoy collaborating with others in a team-focused environment. This is a part-time role that can grow into full-time hours.


Responsibilities:

• Administer end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees across multiple business entities, ensuring accurate and timely pay processing.

• Manage payroll activities involving employees in multiple states while following applicable wage, tax, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare and process union payroll with careful attention to contract terms, deductions, and reporting obligations.
