Job Status: Part Time

Reports to: Executive Vice President

Schedule: 20+ hours a week

Hourly Rate: $16 to $19


Job Summary

The Maintenance Staff is responsible for the safety of the staff and visitors and the security of the building. The Maintenance Staff works closely with the Facilities Supervisor to facilitate a quick turnover of work orders and the security and upkeep of the main office and the 150 N. Clinton Rd. location. This position will require constant communication and excellent customer service.


Job Responsibilities:

+ Vacuum carpet areas.

+ Clean all building bathrooms.

+ Maintain non-carpeted flooring including sweeping, washing, and polishing, as needed.
