About the Role

As Loss Prevention Associate, you will assist in Loss Prevention activities within the Distribution Center (DC). You will perform physical security, report policy and procedure violations to leadership, investigate internal theft, monitor processes, audit compliance, and perform data entry, documentation and Gatehouse operations.


What You’ll Do
+ Assist in the protection of Kohl’s physical, human and property assets
+ Monitor physical security policies and procedures of Kohl’s and the Distribution Center
+ Report incidents of associate theft or safety violations
+ Participate in internal theft investigations in strict adherence to Kohl's policies and guidelines
