ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Logistics & Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of Wesper's fulfillment and logistics function, working directly alongside the Logistics Manager on a small, high-ownership team. This role is primarily focused on managing day-to-day 3PL communication, ensuring order accuracy across two daily push cycles, coordinating returns and RMA processing, and maintaining precise inventory records. The right person is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
This role will work approximately 20 hours per week with core working hours between 10-6 pm ET.
This is an in - person role at our LIC facility.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Attention to detail catching order discrepancies before they ship
