Newtown Savings Bank is seeking a friendly, organized, team player to join our Loan Servicing Department as a Part-time Loan Servicing Representative. This position is responsible for preforming a variety of clerical and administrative duties that support the department functions and activities. Acts as a utility player in the department when certain areas are at maximum capacity or they are short-staffed/vacations. Responsibilities include insurance tracking, scanning, filing, customer mailings, and research. This approximately 20 hour per week part-time role is onsite at our Newtown Corporate location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Monitor hazard insurance cancellations for residential and commercial loan customers. Update system insurance tracking.

+ Communicate with customers and insurance agents, and force-place insurance when necessary within specified time frame.
