Valor Healthcare is looking for a passionate Primary Care/Mental Health Integration (PCHMI) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Columbia, TN on a part time basis. Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday though Friday, 8 - 4:30 PM with no weekends. In this role we are looking for someone to work 16 hours/week. We can be flexible on schedule based on our clinic hours.
