Position Overview
Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Part-Time HR & Payroll Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and payroll administration on a flexible, 12-month contract basis.
Responsibilities - Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks to maintain smooth HR operations
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reference
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions
- Assist with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) submissions and statutory compliance to meet regulatory requirements
- Respond promptly to basic HR and employee queries to provide effective support
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time to ensure timely employee compensation
- Manage CPF submissions and generate payroll-related reports for statutory compliance
