Fixed term contract - 1st July 2026 - 15th October 2027
Reporting to the CEO, the role of the Finance Manager is to manage the day to day running of the company finances. This includes maintaining accurate records for all transactions, preparing monthly reconciliations and schedules, managing the sales ledger and processing payroll and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating with the wider team and suppliers to obtain receipts and purchase invoices and reconciling all bank accounts in a timely manner.
- Reviewing the purchase ledger, creating payment runs on a bi-weekly basis.
- Running the monthly sales invoicing meeting and raising invoices in accordance with customer contracts, with input from the CEO and project managers.
- Manage credit control processes, ensuring invoices are settled in a timely manner.
