The Enhanced Response Service is a fast-paced service providing support to service users who trigger their telecare alarm and also working alongside the ambulance service in responding to non-injured falls. We work to promote independence and signpost service users to Partnership teams to provide care and support in a person-centred way. The post will require flexible working. This will include regular morning, evening and weekend shifts, as well as the ability and willingness to travel across the team geographical area.
Our ERS Support Workers assist with the provision of all personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, catheter care, feeding, meal preparation, medication and others. We respond to falls and telecare alerts to provide reassurance and practical assistance in co-ordination with other services, such as Fire and Rescue and Ambulance.
