Requirement:

Wash and clean utensils, small wares, and cooking equipment

Keep the dish room and dishes clean and organized

Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the team

Put dishes back where they belong

Sweep & mop dish area upon completion of dishes

*Cleaning/sanitizing lobby may be requested

*Changing/cleaning trash cans may be requested
