As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, your empathy and interpersonal skills will help you provide exceptional customer care to NVR homeowners. We’ll provide training and resources so you can successfully evaluate a caller’s situation to determine proper next steps to resolve the homeowner’s concerns. Your eagerness to learn about our homes and processes will help you acclimate quickly to a team committed to high standards. This position starts at $22.50/hour and will be onsite in our Reston, VA office.
