Description

Position Objective: As a Property Management Security Guard, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the property and residents. The guard will address noise complaints,monitor entrances/exits, accept packages, and complete other assigned tasks. The guard will be required to provide detailed shift notes and incident reports.

Key Responsibilities


+ Greet all residents, guests and vendors entering the building; manage the property guest list

+ Create detailed shift notes and incident reports for client

+ Answer phone and provide access for authorized personnel

+ Monitor CCTV screens and remain vigilant at all times

+ Accept packages and handle per client requirements

+ Engage law enforcement as required and document accordingly

+ Other duties as assigned
