Job Summary

Provide retail sales and customer services within the Campus Stores. Process merchandise sales to include operating the point-of-sale systems and cash registers. Assist customers with locating merchandise, help receive merchandise into the store, maintain stockrooms in an orderly manner, and provide assistance within other areas of the Campus Stores.

Supervision

This position reports to the General Manager of Campus Stores.

Essential Duties

Duties may include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.


+ Process sales transactions in the Campus Stores, including cash, check, ID Express, and charge cards; receive monies and disburse change. Maintain cash register supplies; request change as needed to ensure adequate currency in the drawer. Take incoming phone calls and contact customers via phone or email.
