Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our manufacturing client in Painesville. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and can manage multiple accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records

+ Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

+ Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments

+ Track expenses and support budgeting activities

+ Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial data
