Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations and grow within a professional work environment. Job Responsibilities: Assist in data entry and maintenance of financial records Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support the accounts payable and receivable processes Assist in maintaining proper filing of accounting documents Liaise with internal departments for financial information and documentation Provide support during internal and external audits Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Job Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent Ability to work independently or as a team player Willing to learn $12 per hour
