Job Description We are a boutique business consulting firm based in Singapore, seeking a Part-time Accounts/ Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small teams, comfortable working with figures and assisting in administration duties.
Key Responsibilities - Perform data entry and maintain bookkeeping records
- Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation
- Maintain proper and organized filing system (physical and digital)
- Perform ad-hoc administration tasks as assigned (if necessary)
Requirements - Hands-on experience in data entry and bookkeeping
- Comfortable working with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Hourly Rate: $16 - $20
