Your new role

This is a newly created temporary Parking Assistant/Customer Services job to support my client through a busy period. You will be working as part of an experienced and collaborative team. This is primarily a customer service role, but may also involve a range of general support functions including, administration, contractor liaison, and support for ensuring that everything in this business unit runs smoothly.
Key work areas include:

Monitor the shared parking inbox, responding to car parking queries from the public, as well as internal general enquiries.

Handle visitor queries over the phone when required, and action any call back requests from our visitors.

Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to manage parking equipment service requests raised by our internal district teams.

Process visitor refunds as required.
