**Job Summary**

Logistics, Transportation & Parking is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative Associate to act as a Parking Ambassador for the patient and visitor parking structures at the Michigan Medicine parking facilities.

**Responsibilities***

+ Drive parking facilities and scan license plates by using Patroller system
+ Assist patients and visitors by directing them to available parking spaces
+ Direct patients and visitors to their destination inside the hospitals, escort patients and visitors to areas inside the hospital
