Purpose of the Role

The Park Manager will assist and engage the Property Services Manager in monitoring all aspects related to building management and inspection of work to ensure that quality standards are maintained or improved.

Key Responsibilities

Administration Management

• Attend to tenants’ general comfort and ensure requests are handled promptly.


• Assess complaints/requests and determine responsibility for repairs; escalate when necessary.
