PURPOSE:

The role of the Parish Manager at St. Dorothy Catholic Church is to assist the Pastor in the stewardship of the parish’s financial, physical, and human resources. As an integral part of the administration, this position oversees facilities management, physical and digital record-keeping, supply inventories, and the Human Resources Department. With a servant’s heart and a humble, prayerful spirit, the Parish Manager works in collaboration with the Pastor to ensure the needs of ministry leaders and parishioners are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

In compliance with Archdiocesan procedures and subject to the approval of the Pastor, the Parish Manager is responsible for the overall financial management and health of the parish.
