Manage end-to-end parental liaison and enrolment, including enquiries, reception duties, school tours, follow-ups, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing families to support student enrolment.
Oversee end-to-end admissions and administrative operations, including applications, withdrawals, student registrations, student records, student pass processing, fee collection, and reporting on enrolment, agent referrals, and withdrawals.
Work closely with the Principal, academic teams, and marketing stakeholders to support school events, branding initiatives, website updates, campaigns, and provide personalised customer service, with training provided on internal systems and platforms.
Requirements:
Diploma and above
At least 2 years of sales management / business development experience in the education or service-orientated industry.
