The ideal candidate will hold a B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) degree or equivalent tertiary qualification, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning being advantageous. Candidates should have 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management practice, with a minimum of 3 years’ paraplanning experience considered beneficial.
