JOB SUMMARY
The Field Training Officer provides orientation and coaching to assure new and promoting employees, students, third riders and interns receive the resources available and necessary to help them in meeting the expectations of Global Medical Response. The FTO serves as a role model and mentor to personnel within the local operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

• Performs all duties and functions of a clinical employee assigned to a permanent unit.

• Conduct field training, education, evaluation, and remediation of new and promoting employees, students, third riders, and interns.

• Provides regular feedback and progress reports, verbally or in writing, for new and promoting employees to the FTO Program Supervisor and/or clinical leader....
