Responsibilities If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for the enforcement of criminal and civil judgments within the Financial Litigation Program in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Alabama. Typical work assignments will include, but are not limited to: Organize and prepare research material and determines information that is pertinent to the case. Prepare draft on a variety of legal documents, e.g., complaints, motions, orders, answers, pleadings, and subpoenas.
