Position Overview
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements
- Support tender and procurement processes, including preparation of legal documentation
- Maintain and organize project and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Assist in handling claims, variations, and extension-of-time (EOT) documentation
- Support dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation preparation
- Liaise with regulatory authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
- Monitor compliance with local construction laws and safety regulations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external legal counsel
