Position Overview
Duties and Responsibilities - Provide legal and administrative support to lawyers across a range of practice areas.
- Assist lawyers with preparing legal documentation (e.g., closing documents, officer's certificates etc.)
- Assist lawyers and the administrative team with administrative tasks, including filing, billing, AML checks and business development activities.
- Liaise directly with clients where necessary on AML documents, billing, meetings and matter-specific affairs.
Skills/Experience - Degree in Legal Studies
- Strong academic record.
- Legal work experience preferable e.g. previous experience as a paralegal.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent writing and drafting skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
