Our Client, a Prestigious Law Firm is seeking for a Paralegal to support the growing team in the Banking Practice.
Location Central Singapore
Responsibilities - The successful incumbent will be assisting the Banking team in paralegal duties
- She/He will be involved in preparation of engagement letters and first draft documents
- Liaise with clients and service providers
- Manage the compliance process and ensure that best practices are in place at all times
Requirements - Possess Degree/Diploma in Law/Paralegal studies or any other related field
- Possess at least 3 to 5 years of related experience in a law firm or In-house environment
- Good written and spoken ability in English
- Ability to do good research work
- Mandarin language skill is an advantage but not essential
