The role presents a fantastic opportunity to join an international firm of industry experts, acting on behalf of a growing and diverse local and international client base, with a particular emphasis on the PRC domestic market. Key responsibilities . Conducting legal research related to a broad spectrum of non-contentious practice areas (in particular, M&A, project development, commodity offtake, oil and gas, power and mining sectors) .
