About the Role: This role focuses on managing the Global contract lifecycle management, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining records in internal tools and Luminance, supporting legal teams globally, and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the global Operations team to oversee the Global Records Process.
• Monitor all stages of contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, terminations, and initiation of new contracts.
• Provide support to General Manager Legal, Senior Paralegal and legal teams globally and internally in providing the required information.
• Manage the repository of Contract records in NES Fircroft’s internal Records management tools and database.
