Join our growing real estate client in their legal team as a Real Estate Paralegal in Santa Monica. This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of in-office collaboration (4 days) and remote work flexibility (1 day per week). This role offers excellent growth potential for a detail-oriented paralegal looking to specialize in real estate law within a corporate environment.

What we are looking for

·Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved school

·3+ years of law firm and/or in house experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate

·Strong title and survey experience is required

·Bachelor's degree a plus
