Daily Responsibilities:
Provide company law, corporate governance and regulatory advice and support to the officers and board members of designated subsidiaries and senior management. Assist with regulatory communication exchanges on governance of designated subsidiaries. Monitor emerging best practices relating to corporate governance and assist boards in implementing best and most appropriate governance practices. Establish and maintain effective policies, processes and procedures, within the enterprise framework, that allow Client subsidiary boards to carry out knowledgeable and independent oversight of management of the applicable subsidiary Assist the designated subsidiary directors in managing the governance responsibilities of the boards and its committees (as applicable).<...
