Candidates must have M&A and/or contract negotiation work to be eligible for consideration Where: Boston, MA (hybrid or remote) When: Immediate need Pay: $50-$60/hour Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and service agreements, and other business contracts Maintain corporate minute books, governance documentation, and official legal records Coordinate with outside counsel on corporate, compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and financing transactions, including managing due diligence requests, organizing data rooms, preparing documentation, and facilitating closing activities.
