The Paralegal - Legal & Compliance is responsible for coordinating all corporate housekeeping activities and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules and regulations related to corporate housekeeping. The position involves collating documents from various internal stakeholders, submitting corporate documents for ARI Corp and ARI BUs, and monitoring deadlines for compliance. The role also includes legal research, safekeeping of corporate documents, drafting of legal agreements, and other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader. The role contributes to the implementation of legal strategies and the smooth operation of the Legal and Compliance Team of SRRL.
