Our client is seeking Family Paralegals who have Fee Earning experience to become a key member of their busy and respected family law department. You will be able to progress matters from initial instruction through to resolution under supervision, it is expected that you will be able to draft court applications and statements, liaise confidently with colleagues and external agencies, and prepare bundles. Strong client care skills are vital; you must be able to communicate with empathy and clarity while ensuring your caseload is kept organised and deadlines can be met in a fast-paced environment.
