Working across Commercial Litigation and Estate Litigation matters

The Role

As a Litigation Paralegal, you will support various Partners and Solicitors on Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation matters.   Duties include

• drafting correspondence and documents,
• dealing with client enquiries,
• diary management, preparation of Briefs to Counsel,
• attending Court to instruct Counsel, booking appointments, disclosures, witnessing documents,
• filing and servicing court documents, arranging appointments with specialists, expert and general administrative support.

Your experience
 
You will have a minimum of 1 year Litigation Paralegal experience.
