This role encompasses the responsibility of processing Medicaid applications and providing comprehensive support to attorneys. This includes daily calendar management, client interactions, and preparation for meetings, ensuring efficient and timely completion of legal tasks in collaboration with attorneys. Client Interaction: This role entails direct communication with clients through mail, email, and phone to arrange meetings, discuss and amend draft documents, and address general queries. Additionally, the paralegal may liaise with the Department of Children and Families, CPAs, financial advisors, and insurance companies as needed.
