**The General Counsel’s Organization**

The General Counsel’s Organization (GCO) of American Express is where great legal minds influence global business strategy. **Responsibilities**

Under the general supervision of Counsel,the paralegal’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Provide support to the Senior Paralegal and Counsel in responding to legal orders.
+ Decision and respond to legal orders issued by federal agencies, state and local agencies and private attorneys or pro se litigants.
