This contract‑to‑hire Bankruptcy Paralegal role supports a busy, sophisticated Chapter 11 and commercial bankruptcy practice and offers meaningful responsibility and visibility from day one.


Requirements:

+ Heavy federal e‑filing (CM/ECF; exhibits included) in bankruptcy, district, and appellate courts

+ Docket and calendar deadlines, hearings, and court dates

+ Prepare and organize pleadings, exhibits, hearing notebooks, and document indexes

+ Draft Tables of Contents, Tables of Authorities, appendices, and assist with fee applications

+ Support Chapter 11 and commercial bankruptcy matters

+ Liaise with attorneys, legal staff, and court personnel across multiple offices
