We have a client, a highly regarded personal injury practice, seeking a Litigation Paralegal with relevant experience to join their Clayton, MO office.


Responsibilities

+ Manage cases from intake through settlement and closing

+ Handle pre-litigation matters and coordinate settlements

+ Assist with and draft demand packages

+ File in federal court via PACER

+ Manage state court filings, discovery, and pleadings

+ Coordinate service of process

+ Support attorneys with case management and overall litigation workflow

Requirements
Qualifications

+ 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience required

+ Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters

+ Strong knowledge of court filings, discovery, and case management

+ Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

+ Spanish language skills are a plus, but not re...
