Robert Half Legal is partnering with a Professional Employer Organization based in Chandler, AZ looking for an in-house Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will provide critical support to attorneys and managers, ensuring the smooth handling of tax-specific legal matters. This is a long-term contract position offering an exciting opportunity to work in-house at an established company with a tight-knit, collaborative legal team.


Responsibilities:

+ Assist with preparation and tracking of ERC filings

+ Review IRS transcripts and analyze filing histories

+ Communicate directly with clients regarding ERC claim status and eligibility

+ Draft client correspondence, including status updates and explanatory letters

+ Support internal review of tax filings and documentation
